Just before the Foal Auction 111 kick-off the 1.50m Longines Ranking was competed in Zandhoven, Belgium. For his home crowd it was youth rider, Gilles Thomas, who jumped to victory with his 9-year-old Feromas Van Beek Z (Fantomas de Muze x Tangelo vd Zuuthoeve). The pair was the only to keep the timer clear in under 68 seconds.
On stage Germany's Felix Hassmann followed as runner-up aboard SIG Captain America (Captain Fire x Collin L). Former Belgium champion, Koen Vereecke completed the stage with L'Esmeralda van 't Meulenhof (Nabab de Reve x Lord Z).
Other former Belgium champion, Dirk Demeersman placed fourth. Together with L'Innocence van 't Meulenhof (Diamant De Semilly) Demeersman advanced on, Charlotte Bettendorf with Dispo Cece.
