In Frankfurt lokte de Top 12 Dressage Final heel wat publiek naar de rijhal. Met een nipt verschil wist Justin Verboomen zijn nieuwe invloed op de dressuur ook te laten gelden op Duitse bodem. Verboomen en de negenjarige Zonik Plus (Zonik N.O.P.) gingen zo de Duitse dressuurkoningin, Isabell Werth voor in deze CSI5* Grand Prix.
